The Dr. A.W. Patterson House at 751 East 11th Street doubled for the Delta House, but the property has been demolished. As for the interior scenes involving the Omega House were recorded in the Phi Kappa Psi house and the Sigma Nu house at 729 East 11th Street and 763 East 11th Avenue, respectively.
